How does it work?
Choose 1-2 recipes by Samin Nosrat.

Bring your dish(es) to the gathering ready to eat with serving utensils.
What if I don't have the cookbook?
Samin Nosrat's cookbooks are available at local bookstores and through the Mid-Hudson Library System. If located in Beacon, Stanza said they have many copies available. Feel free to make another recipe by Samin Nosrat not featured in any of her cookbooks if you'd like. If you are having trouble accessing the recipe you'd like to make, please DM me and I will try and see if I can access it.
What can I expect?
I (Rebecca) will be supplying plates, utensil and napkins but donations ($3-5) are welcome to cover the cost of supplies.
The cookbook club is a free event!
But feel free to purchase a drink from Hudson Valley Brewery if you'd like.
How much do I make?
In terms of serving sizes, please review the recipe's serving size and use your judgement.
Any and all size contributions are welcome!
