Vendor Arrival / Setup: 8:30 AM (setup must be complete before doors open)

Vendor Information

As a vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to sell or swap your equipment with local buyers across the Hudson Valley.

Spot Fee: $20

Table Rental (optional): $5 (if you need us to provide a table)

Refreshments: Coffee, cider, and snacks will be provided

Lunch: Please bring your own lunch

Arrival and Setup

Vendor arrival begins at 8:30 AM. Please plan to be fully set up before doors open to the public at 10:00 AM.

The event runs until 4:00 PM.

• Vendors are expected to remain open and active until closing time—please keep your table staffed and available until 4:00 PM*

Vendor Checklist

• Need a table? Select the “With Table” option during ticket checkout.
• Need power? Please ask a BCI team member in advance. Power access is limited and depends on your table location. If available, we may be able to provide an extension.

Promotion

We’ll promote the event across BCI social channels. To maximize attendance, we also encourage vendors to share the event with their own networks and reach out to potential buyers directly.
