third cookbook club alert! this time we’ll be cooking madhur jaffrey's recipes :) which was the result of our collective vote at the last gathering.

it will be on monday, march 30th at 6pm at @hudsonvalleybrewery (so grateful for their support!)

this is a free event! in order to reduce waste and event costs, we have a collective agreement to bring our own plate + bowl + cutlery + serving utensils. i will bring some backup just in case. i will also be bringing a big pot of rice to go along with a lot of the dishes.

folks are also welcome to get delicious brews from the brewery also if they’d like.

come gather eat hang out. many of madhur’s cookbooks are available at local bookstore, libraries and digitally online.

this one was postponed due to snow so it has been quite a bit since we've been together but it's always so special to connect with folks in person over food.
