Unlike typical parody acts, this tribute avoids costumes and impersonations, instead honoring the music itself with precision and passion. Blending the studio sound with the band’s epic live improvisation, they capture the Doors’ essence in a “spooky, accurate” way that’s been called “unbelievable!” and “powerful and electrifying.”
Frontman Joe McCausland has even performed alongside original Doors guitarist Robbie Krieger. In 2024, Feast of Friends interviewed John Densmore during a celebration of Jim Morrison’s 80th birthday.
