As a classical guitarist, Benninger showcases a diverse repertoire from the Renaissance to contemporary works, blending classical training with his roots in high-energy genres. In addition to his performing career, he has built an extensive and impactful teaching career, working with students of all ages and skill levels in both private and group settings across a wide range of musical styles. He is the owner of the New Windsor Music Academy and Fishkill Music Academy, where he continues to cultivate a vibrant and inclusive musical community.
